Joe DelNero
Station Manger
Moving down from the south side of Kansas City, Joe Delnero is a Junior Broadcast Journalism major interested in film and, possibly, documentaries. Joe began working at UATV the week he arrived on campus, starting as a volunteer and working his way up to be a News Producer last year. Outside of the station, Joe plays Ultimate Frisbee with the Arkansas club team. He also enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, and everything outdoors.
Melissa Bollero
Executive News Director
This will be Melissa Bollero’s third year being involved with UATV, and second year to be on the Senior Staff. Melissa is a Senior and will be finishing off her UATV and college career as News Director. After having her fun on camera, Melissa will now step behind the controls to insure a smooth running newscast each and every night. If she is not in the UATV studio with her crew, you can find Melissa at the movies or enjoying the town with her friends
Aaron Pryor
Executive Sports Director
Anything and everything sports… Aaron Pryor has his hands in all of it. Do not get in a debate with Pryor about coaching decisions or players because he will take that argument to the next level. Aaron is the current producer of Full Court Press, and thoroughly enjoys reporting on sports during the weekly news programs. He can often be found around press conferences and getting video at basketball games for the weekly sports programs.
Courtney Brown
Recruitment Director
This will be Courtney’s fourth year at UATV. Since her freshman year, Courtney knew she wanted to study Broadcast Journalism. She is the Recruitment Director and Producer of the entertainment show, The View From The Hill. Her hopes after graduation is working at a news station as a reporter.
Channing Barker
Executive Specialty Show Director
Channing Barker is in her last year of her double major in political science and broadcast journalism and will serve as specialty show director this year. Channing started at UATV her freshman year and has worked her way up in the ranks from assistant producer, to producer, to anchor, to recruitment director on Senior Staff and now Specialty Show director. She hopes to improve on a number of levels the variety of shows UATV has to offer. Channing hopes to grab a reporting job after college or maybe receive her masters in Public Policy. She loves great danes, the Fayetteville farmers market, and Lebonase food.
Alexandra Marquez
Advertising and PR Director
Alexandra is a technical guru, updating Twitter and Facebook on an second-by-second basis. She is a sophomore broadcast major, and producer of the Political Talk Show, Campus Crossfire. Alexandra can also be found anchoring and reporting live shots for the nightly news, specifically in the world news block.
