A fraternity on campus is facing rape allegations for the second time this year. UAPD is investigating a report of a rape that occurred at a registered Sigma Nu function Sunday night. Officers say even though this happened on campus, they don’t want student to feel unsafe. The national Sigma Nu organization has suspended all functions for the chapter until the police investigation is finished. The first rape report was made in September and is currently being reviewed by the county prosecutor.
